What Is Included With My Purchase?
When you choose a backdrop wall, photo booth, or other decor items from Mirror Mirror we include delivery, setup, and removal at the end.
How Are Payments Charged?
Once the contract is completed and signed, a deposit of half the total amount is due to MirrorMirrorByDina LLC. The other half is due on the event date upon delivery.
Credit card payment made without card present are entered manual through Square App. MM LLC adds a 4% processing fee. Once you sign our agreement, you authorize MirrorMirrorByDina LLC to charge the credit card on file.
What Happens If We Have To Cancel Our Order?
Please be aware that once the agreement is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date. All rentals may be canceled if received in writing no later than 15 days prior to the event. You would not be obligated to pay the balance of your invoice, unless you placed a special order which was purchased specifically for your event. In such cases, you would be contractually bound to pay the balance due on the account. Cancellations are nonrefundable and if made within 15 days or more in advance of the event date, we will carry the deposit over to a future event date. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file.
What Happens If A Wall Gets Damaged?
All Walls are for indoor use only, as weather may cause damages to the Backdrop. Client is responsible for any damages to the Backdrop during the event. If damaged MirrorMirrorByDina LLC will assess a $500 charge to your account for any damages. A valid credit card must be kept on file. The credit card will be used for damages, late fees, replacement fees, or added services.
